Railway Recruitment Boards (RRBs) के CEN 07/2025, Non-Technical Popular Categories (Under Graduate) recruitment की second-stage Computer Based Test (CBT-II) के लिए नया schedule notice सामने आया है। Citizen Affairs को दिए गए 24 अगस्त 2026 के notice में 17 सितंबर 2026 को CBT-II की tentative exam date बताया गया है।
उम्मीदवारों के लिए केवल exam date जानना काफी नहीं है। इसी notice में Exam City & Date link, eligible SC/ST candidates की Travel Authority, e-call letter और exam centre पर Aadhaar-linked biometric authentication से जुड़ी जरूरी बातें भी दी गई हैं। इस गाइड में हमने साफ़ तौर पर अलग किया है कि कौन-सी जानकारी supplied schedule notice से आई है, कौन-सी official detailed CEN से independently cross-check की गई है और कौन-सा हिस्सा अभी re-verification में है।
Verification status: Citizen Affairs के पास 24 August का schedule notice image है। हमने CEN 07/2025 का official RRB page, detailed CEN PDF और RRB candidate portal independently check किया है। लेकिन जाँच के समय exact 24 अगस्त 2026 CBT-II schedule PDF official RRB pages पर independently locate नहीं हो सका। इसलिए article को under verification रखा गया है। किसी forwarded image के आधार पर non-refundable travel booking न करें; पहले अपने regional RRB website पर final confirmation देखें।

यहाँ tentative शब्द बहुत महत्वपूर्ण है। इसका मतलब schedule बदल सकता है। इसलिए date नोट कर लें, लेकिन यात्रा या accommodation की final planning official RRB update देखकर ही करें।
अगर exam 17 सितंबर को रहा तो city slip और e-call letter कब आ सकते हैं?
Schedule notice ने अलग calendar dates नहीं दी हैं; उसने बताया है कि exam से कितने दिन पहले links live होंगे।
अगर 17 सितंबर 2026 की exam date नहीं बदलती, तो गणना के अनुसार:
- Exam City & Date link लगभग 7 सितंबर 2026 के आसपास live हो सकता है, क्योंकि notice में exam से 10 दिन पहले कहा गया है;
- e-call letter लगभग 13 सितंबर 2026 के आसपास उपलब्ध हो सकता है, क्योंकि notice में exam date से 4 दिन पहले download शुरू होने की बात है।
ये दोनों dates calculated references हैं, RRB की अलग official announcements नहीं। Exam date बदली तो इनकी timing भी बदल जाएगी।
City intimation slip और admit card/e-call letter एक नहीं हैं
कई candidates city slip live होते ही “admit card released” मान लेते हैं। लेकिन schedule notice में Exam City & Date information और e-call letter अलग stages के रूप में दिए गए हैं।
City/date information आपको allotted exam city और date जानने में मदद करती है। उसके बाद official RRB link active होने पर e-call letter download करना होगा। आपके अपने e-call letter में दिया reporting time, venue और candidate instructions exam day के लिए final guide होंगे।
City slip और e-call letter सुरक्षित तरीके से कैसे check करें
Links live होने पर यह simple verification routine follow करें:
- जिस RRB के जरिए आपने apply किया था उसका official regional website खोलें, या official CEN 07/2025 page से शुरू करें।
- CEN 07/2025 NTPC Undergraduate का current notice/candidate login link देखें।
- Login से पहले domain और page की authenticity verify करें।
- Exam City & Date link active होने पर official login से details देखें।
- WhatsApp, Telegram या social media पर forwarded login link से e-call letter download न करें; official RRB page से link दोबारा खोलें।
- E-call letter save करें और exam-centre instructions पूरा पढ़ें।
Third-party websites यह बता सकती हैं कि link active हुआ है, लेकिन credentials डालने या document download करने के लिए official source ही इस्तेमाल करें।
SC/ST Travel Authority के बारे में notice क्या कहता है?
Schedule notice के अनुसार eligible SC/ST candidates की Travel Authority Exam City & Date link के साथ exam से 10 दिन पहले live की जाएगी।
Travel Authority की eligibility candidate के recruitment record और applicable rules पर निर्भर करेगी। Official RRB system से generated document के अलावा किसी third-party “travel pass” पर भरोसा न करें।
Exam centre पर Aadhaar biometric authentication
Supplied notice में कहा गया है कि exam hall में entry से पहले Aadhaar-linked biometric authentication किया जाएगा।
Candidates को साथ रखना है:
- original Aadhaar card, या
- e-verified Aadhaar का printout।
जिन candidates ने application के दौरान Aadhaar-based identification verification complete नहीं किया है, उन्हें official RRB candidate portal पर credentials से login करके verification करने की सलाह दी गई है, ताकि exam centre पर registration और entry smoother हो सके।
Exam से पहले Aadhaar unlocked रखें
RRB notice विशेष रूप से candidates से कहता है कि UIDAI system में Aadhaar unlocked condition में रहे। Application के समय Aadhaar verify किया गया हो, तब भी centre जाने से पहले lock status check करना उपयोगी है।
Aadhaar update या unlock के लिए केवल official UIDAI services इस्तेमाल करें। OTP, Aadhaar login या personal credentials किसी agent या third-party व्यक्ति को न दें।
Official RRB NTPC UG CBT-2 exam pattern
24 August schedule notice से अलग, CEN 07/2025 के detailed official notification से CBT-II pattern independently cross-check किया गया है। Final preparation के लिए यह हिस्सा खास तौर पर उपयोगी है।

Detailed CEN में section-wise distribution को indicative बताया गया है। इसलिए preparation को केवल table तक सीमित न रखें; complete notified syllabus cover करें।
120 questions के लिए 90 minutes होने की वजह से time management और accuracy दोनों महत्वपूर्ण हैं। Random guessing negative marking की वजह से score घटा सकती है।
CBT-2 से पहले किस चीज़ को priority दें?
Remaining preparation time में उन कामों पर focus करें जो सीधे exam performance और exam-day readiness में मदद करें:
- General Awareness के high-yield areas revise करें, लेकिन Mathematics और Reasoning को ignore न करें;
- timed practice करें क्योंकि CBT-II में 120 questions होंगे;
- mocks की संख्या बढ़ाने के बजाय गलतियों का analysis करें;
- city slip window शुरू होने से पहले login credentials, application details और Aadhaar ready रखें;
- official city/date information मिलने से पहले non-refundable travel booking से बचें;
- e-call letter मिलने के बाद reporting time और centre address दो बार check करें।
Exam-day readiness checklist
अपने e-call letter की final instructions जरूर पढ़ें। Supplied schedule notice के अनुसार खास ध्यान दें:
- original Aadhaar या e-verified Aadhaar printout;
- UIDAI system में Aadhaar unlocked है या नहीं;
- identification details सही हैं या नहीं;
- RRB instructions के अनुसार e-call letter;
- reporting time और exam centre address;
- e-call letter में बताए गए additional photo/document requirements, यदि कोई हों।
अगर किसी generic online guide और आपके candidate-specific e-call letter में फर्क हो, तो e-call letter की instruction को follow करें।
Fake links, touts और “guaranteed selection” claims से सावधान रहें
RRB notice candidates को केवल official RRB websites पर भरोसा करने की सलाह देता है और उन touts/agents से सावधान करता है जो पैसे या influence के बदले railway job दिलाने का दावा करते हैं।
किसी genuine RRB selection को agent के जरिए खरीदा नहीं जा सकता। “confirmed seat”, “inside setting”, leaked paper, biometric bypass या special access के नाम पर किसी को payment न करें।

Exact 24 August schedule PDF official RRB page पर independently locate होने तक article को “officially confirmed” label नहीं दिया गया है। Exact notice मिलने या RRB revised schedule जारी करने पर verification status और article update किया जाएगा।

17 सितंबर 2026 की date tentative है। Travel booking से पहले regional RRB website re-check करें और city information तथा e-call letter केवल official RRB links से download करें।
