Accuracy और transparency हमारी publishing process का मुख्य हिस्सा हैं। पाठकों को supporting official source के साथ errors report करने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया जाता है।

त्रुटि कैसे बताएँ
Contact page या correction email link इस्तेमाल करें। Article URL, disputed statement, proposed correction और supporting official source शामिल करें।
Report की review
Report को primary official source से मिलाया जाता है, source की current relevance जाँची जाती है और प्रभावित हो सकने वाले related statements भी देखे जाते हैं।
Factual correction
Confirmed factual error जल्द ठीक किया जाता है। last-updated या last-verified date बदली जाती है और meaningful correction article update history में दर्ज होता है।
Corrected status
Material error से reader की understanding या action प्रभावित हो सकता था तो article को corrected mark किया जा सकता है। Correction note पुरानी समस्या छिपाए बिना बदलाव समझाता है।
Withdrawn status
Central claim support न हो, source unreliable हो या correction के बाद भी article safe और accurate न बने तो withdrawn mark किया जाता है। ऐसा content normal listings और search से हटता है।
Deadline और official changes
Authority deadline या process बदले तो new official notice verify करके article update और change history record की जाती है। Deadline का अनुमान या निर्माण नहीं किया जाता।
छोटे edits
Meaning न बदलने वाले spelling, grammar, formatting और clarity-only edits बिना public correction note किए जा सकते हैं। Significant corrections transparent रहते हैं।
