सरकारी योजनाएँ, नौकरियाँ, प्रमाणपत्र, शिकायतें और public services कई अलग-अलग websites पर उपलब्ध होती हैं। Fraudulent websites official नाम, logo और design की नकल कर सकती हैं, इसलिए search result का पहला link personal information, document या payment के लिए अपने-आप सुरक्षित नहीं माना जा सकता।
यह guide असली government website और service link खोजने तथा जाँचने की एक repeatable प्रक्रिया बताती है। Citizen Affairs कोई सरकारी website नहीं है। आवेदन या transaction से पहले responsible authority की current instructions फिर से देखें।
1. National Portal of India से शुरुआत करें
India.gov.in National Portal of India है और इसे National Informatics Centre संचालित करता है। यहाँ Central और State governments, directories, schemes, services और public utilities से जुड़ी जानकारी मिलती है।
यदि ministry, department या service का नाम पता है, तो पहले India.gov.in पर खोजें। Portal की directory entry से responsible authority की main website खोलें और फिर उसी website के notice, recruitment, service या contact section पर जाएँ।
2. Web Directory से department सत्यापित करें
India.gov.in Web Directory Union ministries और departments, States और Union Territories, districts, judiciary, legislatures और Indian missions की websites खोजने में मदद करती है।
सुरक्षित प्रक्रिया:
- Web Directory खोलें।
- Union, State/UT, district, judiciary या relevant section चुनें।
- Authority या department खोजें।
- Directory में दी गई website खोलें।
- Main official site से आवश्यक notice, recruitment या service page पर जाएँ।
केवल forwarded deep link पर निर्भर न रहें। Main official website से page खोलने पर एक अतिरिक्त verification मिलता है।
3. Integrated Government Online Directory उपयोग करें
Integrated Government Online Directory—IGOD National Informatics Centre द्वारा maintained Indian government websites की directory है। इसमें Central, State, district, judiciary, legislature, mission और sector-based entries शामिल हैं।
यदि India.gov.in पर website आसानी से न मिले, तो IGOD में organisation name या website title से search करें। Directory listing एक मजबूत starting signal है, लेकिन महत्वपूर्ण application या payment फिर भी responsible department की homepage से खोलें।
4. India.gov.in से online services खोजें
पुराना services.india.gov.in अब India.gov.in Services section पर ले जाता है। वर्तमान Services page को discovery point के रूप में उपयोग करें।
Service listing खोलने के बाद जाँचें:
- कौन-सा department या authority इसे चलाता है;
- service Central है या State;
- eligibility और document requirements कहाँ प्रकाशित हैं;
- application या payment link authority की official website से जुड़ा है या नहीं;
- helpline और grievance details department के contact page से मेल खाते हैं या नहीं।
एक genuine service अलग authorised portal उपयोग कर सकती है, लेकिन वह handoff responsible authority से traceable होना चाहिए।
5. पूरा domain name पढ़ें
Personal information भरने से पहले address bar ध्यान से देखें:
- spelling और extra hyphen जाँचें;
- organisation name से पहले या बाद में अनावश्यक शब्द देखें;
- familiar शब्द वाले path के बजाय actual registered domain पहचानें;
httpsऔर padlock को government ownership का प्रमाण न मानें;- messages और social media के shortened links से बचें;
- domain को official directory और department homepage से मिलाएँ।
Domain में gov, india या ministry का नाम होना उसे अपने-आप official नहीं बनाता।
6. Issuing authority और notice सत्यापित करें
Genuine recruitment notice, scheme update या service announcement में सामान्यतः issuing authority स्पष्ट होती है। जाँचें:
- notice या reference number, जहाँ लागू हो;
- issue date;
- issuing office का नाम और designation;
- official contact details;
- authority की main website पर matching copy या announcement;
- notice और portal में application dates तथा fees समान हैं या नहीं।
केवल PDF logo, letterhead, QR code या screenshot पर भरोसा न करें। इन्हें copy या alter किया जा सकता है।
7. Contact और payment details जाँचें
Official website पर प्रकाशित contact information उपयोग करें, केवल message में दिया phone number नहीं। सावधान रहें यदि कोई service माँगे:
- personal UPI ID या private bank account में payment;
- OTP, PIN, CVV या internet-banking password;
- unknown APK या remote-access app install करना;
- WhatsApp या Telegram पर documents भेजना;
- official notice या receipt के बिना urgent payment।
जहाँ government fee लागू हो, payment responsible authority द्वारा बताई route से होना चाहिए और acknowledgement या receipt मिलना चाहिए।
8. Directory में entry न मिले या links अलग हों तो
Government websites move, merge या change हो सकती हैं। Entry missing हो या दो links अलग हों तो:
- India.gov.in और IGOD दोनों में search करें।
- Organisation की verified parent ministry या State portal देखें।
- Contact details और recent official notices मिलाएँ।
- Official helpline से current portal confirm करें।
- Destination स्पष्ट होने तक personal information submit न करें।
Broken या missing directory link service को fake साबित नहीं करता, लेकिन अतिरिक्त official cross-check आवश्यक बनाता है।
अंतिम safety checklist
Government website उपयोग करने से पहले सुनिश्चित करें कि:
- organisation official directory में listed है या parent authority से linked है;
- पूरा domain सही लिखा है;
- issuing authority और current notice पहचान में आ रहे हैं;
- contact और grievance details official site से match करते हैं;
- application और payment route main website से cross-linked है;
- कोई password, OTP या personal account में payment नहीं माँग रहा।
Discovery के लिए official directories उपयोग करें और नियम, आवेदन तथा payment के लिए responsible authority की current website को final source मानें।
