Transparency
What Citizen Affairs can verify about its editorial controls, commercial separation, technology, and operating evidence.
Published facts
Publication
Citizen Affairs is an independent public-information website. It is not a government department and does not issue jobs, benefits, certificates, or approvals.
Publication accountability
Articles are attributed to the Citizen Affairs Editorial Desk. Each article shows whether an independent review has been recorded.
Contact
Direct contact is temporarily unavailable while a brand-only address is prepared. The public site does not collect reports through a web form.
Commercial separation
No advertising or sponsored placement is currently enabled in the public site. Any future paid material must be labelled and cannot buy a verification status or alter factual conclusions.
Current safeguards
- Automated research and drafting can create private drafts only; a human publication decision is required.
- Material corrections require a ticket, before/after record, source, severity, accountable editor, and public ledger entry.
- AI-assisted images, translations, captions, alt text, thumbnails, and social copy require source records and human review before use.
- Analytics, advertising, accounts, newsletters, upload forms, and applicant-data collection remain disabled until their privacy and operational prerequisites are approved.
Declarations awaiting evidence
These items are intentionally not guessed. They will be published only after evidence is available and the wording is approved.
- An independently appointed editor/fact-checker and a completed corrections-response drill.
- A privacy/legal review for any future personal-data collection or measurement.
